Speaking For All Mankind

Welcome to Speaking For All Mankind (SFAM) where I write about politics, government, science, technology, and whatever else interests me. The title comes from my first blog that I created in 2002.  The title comes from a phrase in  John Candy’s impersonation of Orson Welles in several skits on SCTV.

I’m a researcher, teacher, and trainer in public administration, project management, change management, and nonprofit management. I have a PhD in Public Policy and Management, an MBA in Project Management, an MA in Political Management, and am a certified Project Management Professional.  I currently work at the U.S. Office of Personal Management and teach online for two universities.  For more detailed information, please view my LinkedIn profile.
