About
Welcome to NeuroGovernment. This blog will be about government and how the new discoveries in neuroscience, complexity economics, and related fields will affect public administration in the 21st century. My goal is to chronicle how government will change in response to the new technologies and the impact of globalization.
I’m a researcher, teacher, and trainer in public administration, project management, change management, and nonprofit management. I have a PhD in Public Policy and Management, an MBA in Project Management, an MA in Political Management, and am a certified Project Management Professional. I currently work at the U.S. Office of Personal Management and teach online for two universities. For more detailed information, please view my LinkedIn profile.
